Ghostboy plays the grand final of Sydney’s Jager Uprising Wed June 30 @ the Annandale Hotel, also featuring Video8, Static Silhouettes, Spookytown, The Cadres, Bayonets for Legs, Strangers.
Of the 150+ new bands that have played in 2009/10 we’re part of the top 7, playin across 2 stages as part of the Annandale’s Birthday Week. Times are drawn out of a hat at the start of the night, first bands on stage at 7:30pm, should be wrapped by 11:30pm. We know some of the other bands and they’re cool too.. and best of all it’s FREE! ... Some pretty good reasons to come out for a night of awesome new music with friends!

Ghostboy Haunts the Sando - Ghostboy plays a month-long residencey at the Sandringham Hotel in Newtown, on stage every Monday @ 9pm. FREE! (Thanx to the Unherd boys for making it happen and to everyone who made it out - was an awesome opportunity to develop some live material - Look out 2010!)

Ghostboy plays the Annandale Hotel - 21.04.10. - First official show as the new band. Great place to host it. Very excited!! Will be playing stripped-down rock versions of the tracks from the new EP plus a few surprises. Details on Gigs page.

Several days mixing 5 tracks w/ Clayton Segelov (The Scare, Bridezilla) @ the Brain Studios. A very talented man w/ a very, very cool studio! Songs are sounding excellent! We were using SP, Goldfrapp, Garbage, Tool & Placebo as reference tracks, so expect exciting things...

Spent early Feb tracking songs @ The Brain Studios in Surry Hills. We worked w/ great people (Thanx to Clayton, Margaret & Michael!) & nailed 5 songs to tape - an excellent experience! Ghostboy welcomes new drummer Ryan! The line up is now JJ, Ben Mammen, Luke Audsley, Ryan Buesnel. We play our first show as ‘Ghostboy & The Sexual Dysfunctions’ dressed in drag in Luke’s backyard. T’was very, very loud but no complaints from the neighbours! Will put up something on youtube..
